Karaman Döner is a special variation of döner kebab, hailing from the Karaman region of Turkey. Unlike the more familiar Adana or Urfa döner, Karaman Döner is typically prepared with thinner slices of flavored meat, frequently lamb, layered vertically on a turning spit. This is then carefully shaved off and served in a warm piece of lavash, oft
